SHIPPING
Autumn Hill Artworks currently ships within the US and Canada only.
We offer FREE Shipping within the USA! UPS Ground Service is FREE for shipments within New England and FedEx Express 3 Day is FREE for all other USA shipments (outside New England).
If you choose expedited service within the USA or international shipping (to Canada) you will pay a calculated shipping charge based on the weight of each shipment, the shipping method you choose, and the rates of the shipping carrier. In addition, international shipments (to Canada) will include a nominal $5.00 handling charge per piece.
Please note that FedEx and UPS do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
There rarely may be certain restrictions that prevent us from shipping a particular piece to all geographical destinations. You’ll be notified during the order process if we are unable to ship to the address you’ve chosen.
SHIPPING COST CALCULATION
Shipping costs for orders placed through AutumnHillArtworks.com if you choose expedited service or international shipping (to Canada) are based on the piece(s) ordered as well as your choice of shipping options and delivery destination.
SHIPPING RATES
When you order a piece from AutumnHillArtworks.com for shipment to Canada, your payment includes shipping plus a $5.00 handling charge per piece.Shipping rates for expedited service are detailed within the shopping cart and are based on weight, size/dimensions, shipping carrier, delivery destination, and method of shipment. Per shipment weights are rounded up to either the next full pound or ounce according to the policies of the shipping companies used by Autumn Hill Artworks.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
Each piece listed has a corresponding estimated shipping time frame based on its type (one-of-a-kind or limited quantity) and availability (special order or in-stock). A “usually ships within” time frame appears with the piece and on the order form within the shopping cart. Your final shipping and delivery estimate is based on your order, the shipping options you choose and your delivery address.
The expected delivery times based on each method are listed below:
Domestic Standard (within the U.S.): Usually between 4 to 14 business days after shipping, but could take up to 21 business days.
Domestic Expedited: Between 2 to 6 business days after shipping.
International Standard: Usually between 7 to 14 business days after shipping, but could take up to 21 business days.
International Expedited: Between 4 to 6 business days after shipping.
For example, if you choose an item that is listed as one that “usually ships in 3-4 business days” and select Standard Domestic shipping (usual delivery time between 4 to 14 business days), you can usually expect to receive your shipment within 7 to 18 business days after placing the order. This estimate takes into account, a) the time between placing your order and when it’s shipped, and b) the time from shipping until your order is delivered.
Of course, choosing a faster delivery method will speed up the delivery date, but will not effect the shipping date.

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a summary of your order, including both shipping and delivery date estimates and tracking information. In addition, you can use your tracking number to track your packages directly with that shipper via their website link below:
